MVTCID was awarded a grant from the DC Department of Housing and Community Development to improve up to six commercial building facades within the historic district. Phase I is to create renderings of the improved buildings. Phase II involves actually undertaking the facade improvements. Each year, depending on funding, we hope to offer this valuable program.
