Washington, D.C. – Results Gym opened its fourth location at 445 K Street, NW – located in Mount Vernon Triangle. The new facility encompasses 26,000 square feet of second-floor space in the new CityVista development.
“We are excited that Results, who has partnered with us in this project from the beginning, is opening their doors and bringing a key service to the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood,” said Mark Rivers of Lowe Enterprises. “The residents of CityVista, as well as our neighbors, have been looking forward to this day for a long time.”
Results Gym at CityVista features a co-ed whirlpool spa, dry and steam saunas, multiple group fitness studios, internet access stations, state-of-the-art video and Bose audio systems, and an On The Fly Smart Kafé. In addition, the new facility will include the amenities Results’ members have become accustomed to, including the newest circuit training and cardiovascular equipment by Lifefitness, Hammerstrength, Hoist, Precor and Cybex; free weight equipment by York and Intek; towel service and locker-room conveniences that include shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hair spray, and hair dryers.
Licensed massage therapists and nutritionists will be on staff, and the personal training program, the foundation on which Results Gym started, will be a featured service at this new location.
Locally owned and operated, Results Gym has been recognized for its commitment to the community and its ability to work into the fabric of the neighborhood. MVTCID’s boundaries comprise 15 blocks within the east end of downtown Washington, D.C. bordered by Seventh Street on the west, New York Avenue on the north, New Jersey Avenue on the east, and Massachusetts Avenue, 6th Street, and K Street on the south. Over 650,000 square feet of new properties have been developed in the Triangle, with another 260,000 square feet of land under construction.
