Carpe Librum Opens Pop-Up Book Store

Monday October 5, 2015

Carpe Librum will open a temporary pop-up location at 462 K Street (in the building with Federal Management Systems) on Saturday, October 3rd. Hours will be weekdays from 11 am to 7:30 pm and weekends from 11:30 am to 6 pm. The highly popular shop will sell used books as fundraising for the education nonprofit, Turning the Page (TTP), which runs engagement programs in public schools to help parents become more active, effective participants in their children’s education. TTP collects gently used book, CDs, and DVD donations, which are then displayed for sale, neatly organized into categories in a convenient space. All items will be $1- $4.
