MVT CID Included in Washington Business Journal Round-Up of Regional BID Efforts

Friday July 9, 2021

To address how the region’s 20 business improvement districts (BIDs) – including Mount Vernon Triangle CID, one of DC’s 11 BIDs – are re-adjusting operations in support of business and community reopening, the Washington Business Journal recently profiled multiple BID leaders on the work being done in their respective geographic boundaries.

Featured in the article was the perspective of MVT CID President & CEO Kenyattah Robinson, who covered topics ranging from the current challenges of staffing Mount Vernon Triangle’s restaurants, to efforts underway to welcome workers back to the office and support local businesses, to the importance of reassuring the community with familiar events such as Tunes in the Triangle as we continue our transition to a “new” normal.
