DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nJada Thomas\, licensed yoga teacher and founder of Yogalistics\, will guide the class through a 30 minute session of restorative yoga.  \nThe main focus of restorative yoga is that by relaxing in poses\, with the aid of props\, without strain or pain\, the goal is to achieve physical\, mental and emotional relaxation. Afterwards we will sip a variety of CBD teas provided by Rose Glow Tea Room. Fallon Keplinger the founder of Rose Glow Tea Room will be there to answer questions regarding CBD and tea.
