DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with Earth Day 2023\, Pepco will host an Earth Day celebration on Saturday\, April 22\, 2023\nfrom 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the residents surrounding the Mount Vernon Substation site.
