An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until May 7, 2026

Join the VIDA Fitness personal training team for a 90-minute strength workshop – designed by women, for women. You’ll learn how to safely execute strength exercises, receive an individualized movement assessment, and walk away with your own strength program. Class will also include snacks, time to mingle with your fellow VIDA ladies, and of course – wine!
