Free HIIT Class with Orangetheory Fitness || Wellness Wednesdays – AM Class

We’re thrilled to announce our popular free outdoor fitness series, Wellness Wednesdays, will return to MVT in May with double the classes for double the results. We’ve heard your requests and have worked with our local Mount Vernon Triangle fitness studios to bring morning classes to Milian Park (499 Massachusetts Avenue NW) from 8-9am on Wednesdays in May this year. On top of that, we’re excited to welcome attendees to a brand new location for our evening classes! Join instructors in the recently opened Cobb Park (200 K Street NW) from 6-7pm every Wednesday in May to get your sweat on and take in the new park space!
Whether you are a fitness pro or just starting out your journey, Wellness Wednesdays is a great opportunity to sample some of Mount Vernon Triangle’s many diverse studio and exercise options for free in a relaxed outdoor setting.
