Mélange Partners with “Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate” for Upcoming Dinner

Thursday April 15, 2021

Chef Tim Ma of Lucky Danger in Mount Vernon Triangle and Chef Kevin Tien of Moon Rabbit created Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate in response to the rise in hateful and racist attacks perpetrated against Asians, Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI). This dinner series features five-course take-out dinners each Sunday in April by multiple DC chefs coming together to raise awareness and funds to stop AAPI hate. Mount Vernon Triangle establishment, Mélange will be offering a unique, delicious foodie experience on Sunday, April 25 (pickup location at Moon Rabbit). This will include courses created by Elias Taddesse of Mélange, Peter Prime of Cane, Cable Smith of The Royal, Jon Sybert of Tail Up Goat and Reveler’s Hour, and Sharrod Mangum of Call Your Mother Deli and Timber Pizza.
