dLeña by Chef Richard Sandoval is excited to debut “The Art of the Zero Proof” collection this January, featuring non-alcoholic cocktail menu items available from Thursday, January 1, through Saturday, January 31. The intentional zero-proof beverage menu, created by Richard Sandoval Hospitality’s Chef Richard Sandoval and Head of Mixology Riesler Morales, showcases a thoughtful technique and intentional flavor design with every drink.
dLeña’s new non-alcoholic offerings are crafted to be enjoyed on their own, rather than serving as substitutes for traditional cocktails. Each beverage uses zero-proof spirits to achieve complexity, depth, and a sense of narrative guests have come to expect from a fully spirited drink. Designed to echo familiar spirit categories, the cocktails offer broad appeal and fit seamlessly into a wide range of dining experiences.
Throughout the entire month of January, dLeña guests are invited to enjoy the Aloe and Apple White No-groni with Seedlip Garden 108, aperitif blanco, verjus, apple, aloe vera, and green grape, the Coco and Mango Milk Punch with Almave Blanco, pineapple, coco, mango, lime, and dried chili, and the Margarita Verde with Almave Blanco, orange sec, lime, pandan, jalapeño, hoja santa, and salt. With this new collection, dLeña aims to offer a ‘Dry January’ experience that feels flavorful, intentional, and fully crafted.
