Pop-Up Alert: Lucker Danger Opens at Prather’s on the Alley this Friday!

Lucky Danger, a playful Chinese take-out concept that celebrates American-Chinese food envisioned by Chinese American Chef Tim Ma, will pop-up at Prather’s on the Alley on Friday, November 27. While spirited and fun, Lucky Danger has a vision to be a key voice around immigrant culture in this country and to explore the notion of what a new generation of Chinese American kids who have been classically trained as chefs. Armed with a modern toolkit of techniques, resources and knowledge, Chef Ma is excited to present the food he knows and grew up with, while reaching back into the story of migration and what it has birthed in this new age of Americans.

Lucky Danger is located at 455 I Street NW inside Prather’s on the Alley and is open Wednesdays through Sundays, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Delivery and pickup are also available. Place your order through the website at
