Chef Elias Taddesse of Mélange is now making limited batches of his hand-crafted ultra-premium ice creams throughout the holiday season. These ice creams are inspired by the desserts he made as a chef at the storied Caviar Russe restaurant in Manhattan and are infused with flavors inspired by his memories of Ethiopia. This new menu item launches today, December 10 and is available on a first-come first-served basis. Reserve your batch now! $10 for a 16oz. pint (4 servings).
