Tunes in the Triangle Concert Series Continues with Three Concerts in June & July
Tuesday June 20, 2017
The Tunes in the Triangle free concert series is rocking along after finally catching a beautiful night on June 8 with Justin Trawick. Between now and the end of July, three wonderful, local musicians will be coming to the 5th & K plaza:
- Eclectic singer/songwriter Alison Carney on Thursday, June 22
- Funk/Rock/Blues artists Pebble to Pearl on Thursday, July 8
- Solo acoustic musician Phil Kominsky on Thursday, July 22
Tunes in the Triangle concerts, sponsored by the MVT CID, showcase local artists of genres ranging from pop and Americana to singer/songwriters and funk, soul and jazz throughout the summer months. Tunes in the Triangle concerts are free, and guests are encouraged to pick up a sandwich or meal at one of the many nearby restaurants, pull up one of the MVT CID’s brightly colored café chairs and enjoy the music with friends, family, kids and pets.
