Beginner’s Yoga Series: Setting the Foundation

In this eight-class series, you’ll start to build, or rebuild the foundation of your yoga practice. We will talk about poses, alignment, modifications, transitions, breath and more as we put the fundamentals together to help you approach your practice with confidence and curiosity. If you’ve been nervous to join a yoga class before, this is the class for you because we start at the beginning and move slowly and with repetition through the series.
