Beyond Vinyasa at VIDA Fitness City Vista

Go beyond the postural practice of yoga and discover the benefits and joys of Pranayama, Kriya, Mantra and Meditation in addition to asana (yoga poses). This blend of traditional yoga techniques will lower stress, energize, uplift, and harmonize your entire being. This class will be held for the first time at City Vista on Saturday, September 9th at 10AM. Members and nonmember guests are welcome to attend!
