Get race-day ready with our HYROX DC Strategy & Technique clinic, designed to help you train smarter, move better, and perform with confidence. This clinic will break down the key strategies, pacing tips, and workout flow needed to tackle a HYROX event successfully—whether it’s your first race or you’re aiming for a PR.

We’ll cover technique and efficiency for major HYROX movements including sled push/pull, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry, and lunges. Expect coaching on transitions, breathing, and how to conserve energy so you can stay strong through every station.

After the strategy and technique portion, you’ll put it all into action with a HYROX-style physical fitness test, giving you the chance to measure your current performance and identify what to focus on leading into race day.
