HYROX Physical Fitness Test

Come test your limits at a HYROX affiliate facility and see how far you could go in HYROX! This Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into hybrid training and measure where your fitness level is at. Sign up to participate, in addition to learning more about the special 6 week small group training leading up to New York City HYROX at the end of May; whether you’re competing or not, come check it out and sweat it out!

Stations
1. 1000m Run – treadmill, 1% incline
2. 50 Burpee Broad Jumps – lane-marked mat area
3. 1000m Row – Concept2 rower, damper 5–6
4. 50 Stationary Lunges – 25 each leg, bodyweight or light DB option
5. 30 Hand Release Push-Ups – mat area, chest-to-floor standard
6. 100 Wall Balls – 14 lb (men) / 10 lb (women) to 10/9 ft targets

Cool off with refreshments and hang with your fellow hybrid athletes! This workout is for everyone, so bring a friend along for the ride!
