Interested in Zumba but too intimidated by the steps? Concerned you don’t have the rhythm to get a good workout? Think again! In this tailored, intro series each week we will tackle the steps one by one (salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, samba, and reggaeton/hip hop) in conjunction with cardio intervals so you can come to class feeling confident while sweating up a storm. This series runs on Thursdays at 7:45pm starting Thursday, March 19th-space is limited so sign up here!
