Strength & Conditioning Semi-Private Class (Women-Only)

You’ll learn how to properly lift weights, increase your body awareness, and become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

This 1hr class you’ll learn the proper mechanics when it comes to building strength and weightlifting. Alongside working on enhancing your cardiovascular system. Be apart of a close knit group of females who will challenge you to reach your fitness goals.

Tuesdays target muscle: BACK

Thursdays target muscle: GLUTES

***What to bring: Water bottle – there’s a filtered water system to refill or water bottle for purchase

Class size: 2-7

All levels are welcomed. Class is programmed for beginners to advance
