An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 1, 2026

Join the VIDA Fitness personal training team for a new series of 90-minute strength workshops – designed by women, for women. You’ll learn how to safely execute lower body, upper body pulling, and upper body pushing strength exercises, receive an individualized movement assessment, and walk away with your own strength program. Class will also include snacks, time to mingle with your fellow VIDA ladies, and of course – wine! This series runs from 5-6:30pm starting Wednesday, March 18th-April 1st, single sessions and a 3-pack session option are both available.
