MVT CID Wins Best Marketing Campaign Award at CREW DC Awards Gala

The Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District (MVT CID) was named the winner of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) DC’s award for Best Marketing Campaign at CREW’s Annual Awards Gala on October 15th, 2015. The award is given to an organization, company or individual who developed the most creative and effective advertising or marketing program that promotes or features a commercial real estate project, transaction or initiative. The MVT CID branding and marketing campaign was designed by local firm, Capital Design, with implementation by MVT CID President, Claire Oleksiak and KW Communications, who works with the MVT CID on PR and marketing initiatives. Capital Design’s Susan Denner, MVT CID President Claire Oleksiak and KW Communication’s Karen Widmayer are all members of CREW DC.
