Cobb Park Community Kickoff Meeting Thursday, September 19

Monday September 16, 2024

The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) are putting the finishing touches on the renovation plans for Cobb Park (200 H Street NW) and have invited the community to a meeting on Thursday, September 19 from 6:30-7:30pm to discuss. The project team will provide an update on the project, present playground design options, review the final site layout, and outline an anticipated schedule for construction.

When completed, Cobb Park will provide a vital increase in public green space for the residents, students, employees, and visitors to Mount Vernon Triangle and represents an ambitious plan for it to become an iconic open and artistic space, destination, and gateway into Mount Vernon Triangle and downtown DC.
