Discover the spirit of Mexico this summer without ever leaving the Triangle! From Tuesday, June 18 through Sunday, July 28, guests are invited to experience a new culinary collection that explores corn in all of its forms from the humble tortilla to the intricate process of nixtamalization. dLeña’s Destination Oaxaca features menu items like Pacific Prawns and Guava Mole, and drinks like the Alebrije Paloma with Avion blanco tequila, aperol, grapefruit, lime, agave, and tortilla tatemada, and a zero-proof Tejate d’Guava with guava, coconut milk, corn, vanilla, and cinnamon  – all inspired by Chef Sandoval’s recent exploration of the city and its markets, people, and food that sparked an even deeper appreciation for the region’s culinary heritage.
