Chef Danny Lee and the team at Mandu have been busy rolling out new fall specials for your dining pleasure! Plan to stop by the traditional Korean restaurant to try out their “Goguma and Apple Muchim” made with fermented Korean sweet potato with sliced local apples, kimchi and garlic chive dressing & fresh ginger, “TWICE Baked Goguma” which is their take on a baked sweet potato, or the “Gamja Jorim” soy braised Yukon gold potatoes with diced Korean peppers.
