VIDA Fitness Invites You to Run Better

It’s that time of year when the weather is getting warm, flowers are in bloom, and it’s perfect to get outside for a run! Running is one of the best, most natural forms of exercise, and VIDA City Vista wants to help you get better at it! They are launching the Run Better Series that will offer free and paid program options that target the three foundations of quality running: Mobility, Strength and Run Mechanics. Whether you are new to running, advanced and looking to “PR” on your next half marathon, or have a nagging injury you cannot overcome, there is a solution for you! Starting in April, community runs will be held Saturday mornings at 9 AM. Other opportunities for improvement will come in the form of a Run Better Bootcamp, or a private video analysis of your run form using advanced biomechanics software.
