Bike To Work Day Pit Stop in Mount Vernon Triangle – Friday, May 17!

Washington, DC – In the Washington region, Bike to Work Day has grown from a few hundred cyclists in 2001 to over 12,000 participants in 2012. This year the annual Bike to Work Day will be held on Friday, May 17th around town. BicycleSpace is hosting another pit stop at 5th and K Street NW – in Mount Vernon Triangle.

Stop by for breakfast, grab a t-shirt, get a massage, and walk the red carpet with Councilmember Wells, the Metropolitan Police Department, staff of BicycleSpace, and your neighbors on the way to work. This fun event will be held rain or shine!

Why:  To reduce rush hour traffic through bicycling!
