Looking for ways to celebrate Black History Month around Mount Vernon Triangle? Check out these events and offerings:

During the month of February, Sister Sharon Willis and the Black History Team will present Black History classes around the theme of “Washington DC History” each Thursday starting at 7pm via ZOOM. All are welcome to join the first class on Thursday, February 12, entitled, “From Freedom to Jim Crow”.

This February, Ciel is featuring a Lavender Moscow Mule made with Blackleaf Organic Vodka and will proudly donate 10% of the proceeds to the GOODProjects DC organization which works to support families and youth through stability, opportunity, and community care.
