Claire Schaefer Oleksiak to Speak at DCBIA Forum on Mount Vernon Triangle

Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District (MVT CID) President, Claire Schaefer Oleksiak, will join a DCBIA Development Showcase, titled “Boston Properties, Steuart Investment Company, and the Transition of The Mount Vernon Triangle”. The event will take place on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 from 7:30 – 10:30 AM at the National Press Club at 529 14th Street, NW in downtown Washington, DC.

Oleksiak will join a panel with Boston Properties’ John Kaylor, Jake Stroman and Pete Otteni as well as with Mount Vernon Triangle investor and developer, Guy T. Steuart, III of Steuart Investment Company, Arnold & Porter building architects, Shalom Baranes of Shalom Baranes Associates, and AAMC headquarters building architect, Turan Duda of Duda Paine Architects. The panel discussion will focus on the two new “gateway” projects as well as future development within Mount Vernon Triangle.
